My sister and I were seperately, unknowingly diagnosed with POTs recentl (around the same time-which makes you think it might be genetic in some people atleast). Just to let people who may read your great blog know-we both had ECG abnormalties that were unexplained-which means POTS can affect the function so much so that it can actually look like a blockage or as if one has had a heart attack (although heart attack enzymes are not present-which is a useful indicator). I hope you find an improvement of your symptoms.
